Problems solved by technology

[0005] The object of the present invention is to overcome the defects of the existing notebook computer vibration isolation, buffering and anti-drop technology, and provide a new gas vibration isolation, buffering, anti-drop damping structure. The technical problem to be solved is to make it use The air damping produced by the gas film between the thin plates when the notebook computer vibrates due to vibration, impact or drop consumes the energy of mechanical vibration, thus adapting to the increasingly thinner and thinner characteristics of the notebook computer

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The specific implementation, structure, features and functions of the gas vibration isolation, buffering and anti-drop damping structure proposed according to the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

[0029] see Figure 1 to Figure 4 As shown, the schematic diagram of the gas vibration isolation, buffering and anti-drop damping structure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The gas vibration isolation, buffer, and anti-drop damping structure includes: a base plate 1; and a cover plate 2, which covers the above-mentioned base plate 1 and keeps connected with the base plate 1; wherein, a gap is formed between the cover plate 2 and the base plate 1 (not shown in the figure). shown), and has a channel 4 for the gas in and out of the cavity (see Figure 4 ). The above-mentioned cover plate 2 is connected to the base plate 1 by several screws 3 , there will be gaps betw...

Abstract

The invention relates to a structure of gas vibration isolation, buffering and anti-dropping damping and a laptop. The gas vibration isolation, buffering and anti-dropping structure comprises a substrate, a cover board which covers the substrate to form a gap with the substrate and is provided with a channel for the gas to flow in or out of the gap. The difficulty and resistance of gas flowing should be considered during the designing process. The cover board is connected with the substrate by a plurality of screws and a gap is formed between the cover board and the substrate. An air membrane is formed between the cover board and the substrate of the structure. The air membrance is oppressed high -speedily by the vibrating cover board and the substrate in case of mechanical vibration, dropping and impacting, and the air becomes viscous and swirly when passing the channel (gap). Due to the viscosity of the air, the energy consumption includes two parts of viscosity and eddy current loss which increase the damping of the system that rapidly attenuates the vibration or reduces the resonance amplitude, thus avoiding or reducing the harm caused by the external load.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a damping structure, in particular to a gas vibration isolation, buffering, anti-drop damping structure and a notebook computer. Background technique [0002] At present, notebook computers are widely used due to their excellent mobile performance, and are often carried by users. Thus, the risk of collision or falling is increased. However, due to the compact structure of the notebook computer, there are special requirements for vibration isolation, cushioning, and anti-drop components. [0003] The vibration reduction methods in the prior art mainly include: sliders (elastic elements such as upper and lower springs, the sliders collide with elastic parts for vibration reduction when moving up and down); ); vibration isolation design such as rubber or springs to reduce vibration; rubber and spheres are placed in a string-like structure with internal teeth. However, due to the particularity of the notebook computer, none of t...
