The system comprises microscope, lamp-house, CCD vidicon, interface accessory,image acquisition card and computer, the said lamp-house is set under the stage of microscope, CCD vidicon is set on the top of microscope through interface accessory and magnifies image of nonwovenfabric, the said image acquisition card changes the image of nonwoven fabric into digital imagine and input the digital image to computer. The measuring method comprises: sampling nonwowen fabric firstly, collecting image of nonwoven fabric, processing image of nonwoven fabric and measuring fiber tropism distribution of nonwoven fabric. The present invention resolves problem of measuring efficiently fiber tropism distribution of nonwowen fabric, realizes sampling nonwoven fabric scientifically and reasonably, and the present invention has the advantages of easy operation, low cost of equipmentand credibility measurement result.
