The parameter configuring re-constructing controller provides binary parameter configuring signal to other each part; the low frequency synthesizer generates low output frequency with small modulation step length as reference frequency of the mixing synthesizer; the high frequency synthesizer generates high frequency output frequency with large modulation step length as input signal of the mixing synthesizer; the mixing synthesizer mixes the frequencies output by the low frequency synthesizer and the high frequency synthesizer to synthesize an output clock signal with wider frequency band, high resolution and quick converting speed. The output selecting switch selects three-path output frequency to output according to requirement of the frequency selecting signal. The output frequency of the invention has small modulation step length, wide frequency band covered, quick converting speed and excellent expandability, which is capable of altering output frequency agilely according to requirement of application environment.
