The inner-circle layer (2) of the water cooling cavity is provided with a spiral trapezoidal radiating rib (4), which forms a spiral water cavity (5) with the outer-circle shell layer (1). The invention has the advantages that by adopting the double-layer structure proposal, the outer-circle shell layer and the inner-circle layer of the water cooling cavity are welded together into one part, which not only plays a good role of leak proofing and water sealing but also leads a motor base to have the good strength; the inner-circle layer of the water cooling cavity is designed into the spiral trapezoidal radiating rib to form a spiral hollow cavity together with the outer-circle shell layer, which greatly increases radiating area, enhances radiating efficiency and increases heat transfer capacity.
