The invention relates to an ultraviolet optical instrument resolution tester, wherein, a deuterium lamp source forms an image on an incidence slit group mechanism of an ultraviolet monochromator by a mechanical iris aperture and a quartz condensing-lens by the ratio of 1:1, ultraviolet light emitted by an exit slit of the ultraviolet monochromator evenly irradiates an ultraviolet diffuse transmission instrument which is tightly pressed together with an ultraviolet resolution plate by a fixture and is fixed on a two-dimensional adjusting platform behind the exit slit, through the diffuse transmission effect of the ultraviolet diffuse transmission instrument, part of the ultraviolet resolution plate is evenly illuminated and the ultraviolet resolution plate forms an infinite ultraviolet resolution target by a flat reflector and an aspheric collimator mirror; an optical instrument platform to be measured is placed on an optical guide rail with axis coinciding with an optical axis of a parallel light path.
