The invention provides a fluid mixer which is used for a mini-type reaction analysis device and has functions of reducing the dead volume in the mini-type reaction analysis device when different fluids are in switch sampling and eliminating pulse phenomena produced by liquid sampling or minor gas sampling when fluids are mixed. The fluid mixer comprises a mixing chamber, a main input tube, an output tube and more than one auxiliary input tube, and the main input tube is communicated with the front end of the mixing chamber; the output tube is communicated with the rear end of the mixing chamber; each auxiliary input tube enters the mixing chamber from the section between the middle part and the front end of the mixing chamber, and the pipeline at the front end of each auxiliary input tubeextending into the mixing chamber bends toward the direction of the output tube; and one-way valves and cut-off valves are sequentially arranged on the main input tube and the auxiliary input tubes near the mixing chamber in fluid flowing directions of all input tubes. Wherein, the inner cavity at the front end of the mixing chamber shows a horn shape, and the inner cavity at the rear end of the mixing chamber shows a funnel shape; and a heating jacket can be disposed at the outer side of the mixing chamber.
