Abstract

The tetracycline molecular imprinted polymer film is prepared from the template molecules, functional monomer, a cross-linking agent, an initiating agent and a pore-forming agent by mixing, ultrasonic dissolving and polymerizng on the electrode matrix by the photopolymerization. The membrane electrode of the tetracycline molecular imprinted polymer is applicable in detecting tetracycline in the water body in the electrochemical method which adopts the membrane electrode as a working electrode and establishes a standard curve based on the correspondent relationship between the concentration of tetracycline and the current, so as to detect tetracycline. The detection method has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation and short detection time, and is applicable in the on-site rapid detection of the tetracycline residual quantity in the livestock farming sewage and the aquiculture sewage samples.
