The heating mechanism is characterized in that a water inlet pipe is connected with a water inlet of a micro water pump; a water outlet of the micro water pump is connected with a bottom water inlet of a heating device through a pipeline; a top water outlet of the heating device is connected with a hot water tap; the heating device is formed by connecting a group of heating water pipes which are serially connected and communicated with each other; heaters in parallel connection with each other are respectively arranged in the heating water pipes; top water outlets of the adjacent heating water pipes are connected with a bottom water inlet pipeline; and the heaters and the micro water pump are connected with a power circuit. The instantaneous water dispenser heating mechanism realizes that water can be supplied as soon as power is turned on and can be stopped as soon as the power is cut off, thereby preventing the phenomena of repeated heating, avoiding circuit aging and saving electricity by over 80 percent as compared with the prior water dispenser.The heating mechanism can directly replace the heating mechanism of the prior water dispenser, thereby reducing production cost. If the heating mechanism is used on a bagged water dispenser, the occurrence of secondary pollution can be completely eradicated.
