Problems solved by technology

However, this integrated detection, filtering and sampling technology can only work when the sampling depth is set before sampling and the sampling conditions are preset.
[0003] At the same time, the traditional biological sampling system based on seabed dragging is difficult to be well applied in the sampling of seabed biological samples. The main reasons are as follows: (1) The in-situ pressure on the seabed cannot be maintained, resulting in the collection of biological samples being exhausted when they come out of the water. Almost all of them died; (2) only biological samples within the range of the net mouth could be captured in the forward direction of the drag body, and it was difficult to obtain a complete seabed biological sample community; (3) without precise control of the sampling water depth, it was difficult to distinguish between various species. Actual water depths where seabed biological samples live

Embodiment Construction

[0022] In conjunction with the accompanying drawings, the present invention will be described in detail below through specific embodiments.

[0023] The invention provides a seabed biological sample sampling and sealing assembly, which includes a hollow pressure-holding cylinder 11. The pressure-holding cylinder 11 is a container for pressure-holding the seabed biological samples collected by the net bottom pipe, and is divided into an inlet port and the export port. There is a net bottom pipe 12 located in the pressure-holding cylinder 11, which is used to filter the seabed biological samples collected by the trawl, so as to separate the seabed biological samples from the seawater. The two ends of the pressure-holding cylinder 11 are respectively provided with mutually independent sealing components, and the sealing components include valves and valve control mechanisms. The valve includes a valve body 3, a spherical seal 6, a spherical valve core 5 and a valve stem 2; a flo...

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for sampling benthos samples, and aims at providing an isobaric sampling and seal assembly of the benthos samples used in a trawl sampling system. The isobaric sampling and the seal assembly comprise a bucket, the bucket is arranged inside a hollow isobaric cylinder, and two ends of the isobaric cylinder are respectively provided with mutually independent seal assemblies; the sealing assemblies comprise valves and valve control mechanisms. The device has the advantages that: (1) an isobaric drive mechanism of tail bucket samples and a control method thereof can greatly improve the survival rate of the acquired benthos samples; (2) the pressure retaining is carried out on the benthos samples, which improves the survival rate of the benthos samples, reduces the volumes and the weights of the isobaric cylinder and a sealing system, and reduces a large amount of energy consumption at the lowest cost; (3) the opening and the closing of the isobaric cylinder are controlled by the seal assemblies and the valves which are connected with the two ends of the isobaric cylinder, which improves the opening and closing accuracy of the isobaric cylinder; and (4) an energy accumulator causes the sampled benthos samples to be closer to the initial pressure of sampling points.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seabed biological sample sampling device, more specifically, to a seabed biological sample pressure-holding sampling and sealing assembly used in a trawl sampling system. Background technique [0002] For the study of seabed organisms, the most commonly used method is to retrieve samples from the seabed and carry out research on a scientific research vessel. The traditional sampling method is mainly to use seabed trawling nets, samplers or grabs to obtain biological samples. A sampler captures a biological sample. However, this integrated detection, filtering and sampling technology can only work when the sampling depth and preset sampling conditions are set before sampling. [0003] At the same time, the traditional biological sampling system based on seabed dragging is difficult to be well applied in the sampling of seabed biological samples. The main reasons are as follows: (1) The in-situ pressure on the seabed cannot b...
