The method comprises the following steps: setting a variability range of characteristic values; storing the initial voice characteristic value into the memory; recording verification voice of a user through the microphone; extracting a characteristic value of the recorded verification voice; judging whether the characteristic value of the verification voice accords with the initial voice characteristic value stored into the memory of the hand-held motion electronic device; and allowing the user to enter the hand-held motion electronic device through verification when the characteristic value of the verification voice accords with the initial voice characteristic value. By utilization of the method, the user can enter the hand-held motion electronic device through voice recognition, so as to guarantee the security of data on the hand-held motion electronic device.
