Abstract

The invention relates to a process for treating phenol sulfonic acid (PSA) wastewater through three-dimensional catalytic oxidation, which comprises a pretreatment process and a catalytic oxidation process. The pretreatment process comprises an equalization aeration flow and a neutralization coagulative precipitation flow, wherein the wastewater is pretreated by equalization aeration adjustment and neutralization coagulative precipitation, and then is treated with catalytic oxidation, thus pollutants of organic substances, and the like in the wastewater can be effectively degraded, and the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved. The catalytic oxidation process adopts a two-stage treating process consisting of flows of water feeding for reaction and circulation for water discharging which are operated continuously, a wastewater treatment period is finished after two stages of catalytic oxidation reactions and then the next reaction period starts, thus the wastewater is treated in a circulating mode repeatedly. The process effectively solves the problem of difficult treatment on the PSA wastewater at present, provides a process for treating high-concentration toxic harmful wastewater efficiently, and has the advantages of stable treating effect, low the production running cost, and simple and convenient operation.
