The method relates to a reviewer evaluation system with an expert information database, and evaluates the reviewing condition of a magazine reviewer by applying the analytic hierarchy process, thereby not only giving play to the subjective initiative for editing, but also reducing deviations caused by artificial subjective assumes so that the judging result is more scientific and closer to facts.
