Abstract

The invention relates to an operational amplifier with improved slew rate, which includes an input stage and an output stage. The input stage receives one of several input voltages and generates an internal voltage accordingly. The output stage receives and amplifies the internal voltage, and outputs an output voltage. The output stage includes a first transistor, a plurality of first capacitors and a first switching unit. A first source / drain terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a first voltage, and a gate terminal of the first transistor is controlled by the internal voltage. Wherein the output stage outputs the above output voltage according to the voltage of the second source / drain terminal of the first transistor. The first terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to the second source / drain terminal of the first transistor.
