Abstract

Asphalt and waste polymer are mixed and liquefied in a liquefaction reaction kettle under high-temperature inert gases according to the ratio of 3:1 to 4:1, to obtain polymer modified asphalt--plastic asphalt. The reaction kettle adopts the structure that an asphalt inlet is arranged at the top part; an asphalt distributing plate is arranged at the asphalt inlet; a liquefying furnace is arranged at the middle part of the kettle; heating wires are arranged inside the kettle; a plastic asphalt outlet is arranged at the lower part of the kettle; and a plastic asphalt distributing plate and a stirrer are arranged at the upper part of the outlet. The waste high polymer liquefaction reaction kettle and the processing method change the usage of waste plastic, the waste plastic in electronic waste is directly liquefied under high temperature and high pressure without sorting and cleaning, and then is prepared into the plastic asphalt; compared with the plain asphalt, the plastic asphalt has better flow resistance, skid prevention, abrasion resistance, cold cracking reducing and better drainage performance; and the technological processes are reduced, and the regeneration and utilization of the resource are realized.
