Abstract

The present invention provides a connector assembly (102) used for a device having a host circuit board (118) and a panel (126). The panel is installed on the host circuit board and is provided with aport (128). The electric connector is inserted through the port. The connector assembly comprises a jumper board (110) which comprises a first conductive path (152). A connector socket (114) is installed on the jumper board and is electrically connected with the first conductive path. The connector socket is provided with matching port (146) which is configured for matching with the electric connector passing through the port. A jumper device (108) is installed on the jumper board and is electrically connected with the first conductive path. The jumper device is configured for installing on the host circuit board and furthermore is provided with a height (230) which controls the positon of the connector socket relatively to the inner port of the panel.
