Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical motion trigger linear actuator which is used for motion (vibration) transducing, motion alarm and the like. A shell is thereon provided with through holes in a symmetrical way, the internal wall of the shell is articulated with a bumper bracket, a drop hammer is arranged at the top of an ejector rob which penetrates a tray of the drop hammer and is fixedly connected with a base, an actuator level is arranged below the tray of the drop hammer, two ends of the actuator level are respectively arranged in the symmetrical through holes, the actuator level is thereon provided with a hook hole, the bottom of the ejector rob is articulated with a swivel hook, the gravitational moment of the hook head end on the articulated joint is greater than the gravitational moment of the hook tail end on the same articulated joint, the hook head corresponds to the hook hole on the actuator level, a spring is arranged below the actuator level, one end of the spring isfixed at the internal wall of the shell, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the actuator level. The invention adopts the structures of the drop hammer and the ejector rob. Whenthe actuator is moved (in motion), the drop hammer falls off to trigger the actuator level to move as a pure mechanical structure, overcomes the problems caused by charging and discharging, has sensitive reaction and reliable operation, is free of maintenance, and can be applied in occasions such as burglar alarm, automatic control and the like, thus having wide application.
