Problems solved by technology

However, on the contrary, when producing packages with side ruffles from synthetic fabrics or their composites, it is very difficult to set the perforations, since cutting is problematic if the synthetic fabrics have small strips on top of each other
For example, to date expensive punching tools have been required which are not very flexible and are prone to wear

Embodiment Construction

[0033] First, now refer to figure 1The method according to the invention for producing a knitted segment 2 from a flexible knitted material 1 will now be described. The flexible woven material is conveyed in the longitudinal direction (arrow A) to the perforation station by means of conventional conveying means such as roller pairs (not shown). In the exemplary embodiment, the braided material 1 is tubular, folded flat so that the upper (1a) and lower (1b) braided material lies on top of each other. The woven material 1 comprises a fabric of small plastic strips, preferably composed of PP, PE or PET, suitably stretched before weaving. The small plastic strips can be of single-layer or multi-layer design. The fabric may be attached to at least one additional layer of material. In a variant, the additional material layer is a single or multilayer plastic layer, in particular made of PP, PE or OPP film, or comprises a special adhesive layer. In a further variant, the addition...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the production of web sections (2, 12) from a flexible web material (1, 11), wherein the web material is equipped with tear-off lines (3a, 3b; 13) at the distances of the length (L) of the web sections to be formed, the lines weakening the web material, but not effecting a complete separation of the web sections from the web material, and the web sections being separated from the web material along the tear-off lines by tearing. The web material (1, 11) comprises a woven fabric made of stretched plastic strips, and the tear-off lines (3a, 3b; 13) are created by means of laser beam treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing a woven segment from a flexible web material, wherein said woven material is provided with a tear line at a distance of the length of the woven segment to be formed , the tear line weakens the braided material, but does not completely separate the braided segments from the braided material, and separates the braided segments from the braided material along the tear line by tearing. [0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing packaging containers using the woven segments produced according to the invention, an important aspect of the invention relates to the production of side-gussetted containers, in particular side-gussetted bags . Background technique [0003] Packaging with side hems made of paper has been known for decades. In practice, said packaging is produced as follows: [0004] - Place straight or stepped perforation lines on a flat paper web (web) at distanc...
