The reactor comprises a sealed transversal cylinder, wherein the cylinder is provided with a material inlet, a material outlet and an exhaust port; a drive shaft is arranged in the cylinder; the cylinder is divided into a low viscosity stirring section, a medium viscosity stirring section, a high viscosity stirring section and a temperature removing section in sequence from the end which is close to the material inlet to the end which is close to the material outlet; a combined hole plate is fixedly connected on the drive shaft positioned in the low viscosity stirring section; a basket type stirrer is fixedly connected on a drive shaft positioned in the medium viscosity stirring section; a plurality of drawing film round discs are fixedly connected on drive shafts which are positioned in the high viscosity stirring section and the temperature removing section; temperature removing medium channels which are communicated with each other are arranged in the drawing film round disc and the drive shaft in the temperature removing section; and the drive shaft is provided with an inlet and an outlet of the temperature removing medium channel.
