[0004] With the development of the board and paper industry, the demand for wood resources has increased, and the State Council approved the annual forest harvesting quotas for the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period in 2005. The cost of leaf wood has increased; in addition, tree species such as pine and fir contain aromatic oils, resins and other substances that are not conducive to the growth of Ganoderma lucidum, resulting in narrow and tense access to wood resources that can be used to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum

Embodiment 1
[0021] Embodiment 1 uses Ganoderma lucidum cultivation method of the present invention to prepare Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body
[0022] 1) material preparation: the eucalyptus bark bark mixture is air-dried to its water content is 40-50% of eucalyptus dry weight, then crushed to sawdust diameter less than 4mm; and prepare 73-83% (mass percentage) eucalyptus bark Tree stem mixture sawdust, 15-25% (mass percentage composition) of bran, 2% (mass percentage composition) of CaCO 3 ;
[0023] 2) Prepare water: prepare water with 1.3 times the quality of the cultivation material;
[0024] 3) Ingredients: first mix sawdust and CaCO 3 Mix, then add 3 / 4 mass of water in the total mass of water prepared in the previous step, mix evenly, and then mix in bran and the remaining water to obtain the cultivation material;
[0025] 4) Put the cultivation material into a 15cm×30cm or 17cm×33cm polypropylene strain bag, wherein the dry weight of each bag is 400g or 500g, and then use a smal...

Abstract
The invention provides a method for cultivating lucid ganoderma, relating to a method for cultivating edible fungi, in particle to a method for cultivating the lucid ganoderma with new cultivating material. The cultivating material in the method contains eucalyptus, wherein the cultivating material is preferably contains eucalyptus bark or eucalyptus branch or mixture of the eucalyptus bark and the eucalyptus branch. The method selects the eucalyptus as the cultivating material, wherein the eucalyptus is not usually regarded as to be suitable for cultivating the lucid ganoderma, to obtain lucid ganoderma seed entities with faster growth speed, wherein the seed entities almost have the same effective constituent of the lucid ganoderma. Furthermore, the eucalyptus has fast growth, short circulation period and high yield, therefore, the price is lower than the other broad-leaved trees. Because the other constituents such as cotton seed hulls, bagasse, and the like, are not needed to be added, comparatively speaking, the method has lower price.
Description
【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating edible fungi, in particular to a method for cultivating ganoderma using a new cultivation material. 【Background technique】 [0002] Ganoderma lucidum is a well-known medicinal fungus in my country. The ancient books "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", "Baopuzi" and "Compendium of Materia Medica" all describe and record the classification and efficacy of Ganoderma lucidum to varying degrees. Modern medical research has proved that active ingredients such as polysaccharides, triterpenoids, and sterols in Ganoderma lucidum have the functions of anti-tumor, immune regulation, nervous system regulation, and circulatory system regulation. Therefore, domestic medical circles are very interested in the research of Ganoderma lucidum. Various processed health care products containing the active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum have also been successfully developed, and companies engaged in Ganoderma lucidum products ...
