The method mainly comprises the following steps of: leading tap water to flow through a microfilter; filtering the discharged water of an active carbon filter by a softened resin filter; using part of the discharged water of the softened resin filter as common washing water and filtering part of the discharges water by an ultrafiltration membrane filter; using part of the discharged water of the ultrafiltration membrane filter as dining washing water, filtering part of dischargedwater by a reverse osmosis membrane filter and using concentrated water generated by the reverse osmosis membrane filter as recycled water for recycling; storing part of permeable water generated by the reverse osmosis membrane filter by a pressure barrel, filtering part of permeable water by a silver-carried active carbon filter and then using as drinking water.
