Abstract

The invention relates to an abrasion tester and an abrasion test method of a dynamically stretched weaving size film. The device comprises a size film stretching device, a grinding head, a grinding head positioning device, a reciprocating traction device and a detection counting device on a machine base, wherein a size film sample is driven by the size film stretching device to make stretching motion; and the size film sample is driven by the reciprocating traction device to make reciprocating friction motion relative to the grinding head, so that the actual operating environment of the size film on a weaving machine is simulated really, and an abrasion test of the dynamically stretched size film at a certain frequency is realized. The abrasion tester and the abrasion test method not onlycan acquire the abrasion performance of the dynamically stretched and deformed size film by friction frequency recorded by the detection counting device during the abrasion of the size film sample, but also can preset the friction frequency; and after the device automatically stops abrasion motion, the abrasion performance of the dynamically stretched and deformed size film is acquired according to the abrasion condition of the size film sample so as to judge whether the size film meets the requirement of the actual weaving process or not.
