A steam power generator comprises the following components: a steam expander which converts the expansion force of high-pressure steam into rotation force; a steam compressor (6) which is driven by the rotation force of the steam expander and compresses low-pressure steam for discharging to a suction flow path of the steam expander; and a power generator which is driven by the rotation force of the steam expander for generating power and supplying the low-pressure steam to the steam compressor. The low-pressure steam is obtained through decompressing the condensate of a steam lap equipped for the requirement of steam discharged by the steam expander secondarily through a flash evaporation drum. According to the structure, the steam power generator with high energy efficiency can be provided.
