The method can realize various lighting effects of the LEDs, such as but not limited to water lamp, horse race lamp, breathing lamp and LED dot matrix effects and the like; the mobile phone LCM data bus is multiplexed, a free clearance of a designed bus is used for driving the LEDs which are connected to the bus in parallel, and a mobile phone baseband CPU sends information on images to be displayed to the LEDs through the LCM bus so as to realize various LED lighting effects, such as but not limited to 18-path LED, 16X2-path LED, 15X3-path LED, 9X9 LED matrix or 8X8X2 LED dot matrix effects; besides, the basic algorithms of software parts are similar to one another, and the method can reduce the cost of software drive to the minimum level without occupying additional GPIO ports of the CPU.
