Abstract

The invention discloses a forming machine with a cooling mechanism, comprising a cooling mechanism which comprises a controller, an electromagnetic valve, a pneumatic angle seat valve (1), a pneumatic angle seat valve (2), a pneumatic angle seat valve (3) and a cooling pipe, wherein the controller controls the electromagnetic valve, and the pneumatic angle seat valve (1) and the pneumatic angle seat valve (2) can be selectively opened by utilizing the compressed air of the electromagnetic valve; and cooling water penetrates into and cools the inner part of a mould through the cooling pipe so that polypropylene raw materials are bonded and formed. When the pneumatic angle seat valve (1) and the pneumatic angle seat valve (2) are closed, the pneumatic angle seat valve (3) is opened, and the cooling water in the cooling pipe flows back to a water tank so that the pressure on a water pump is reduced. The forming machine controls the electromagnetic valve by utilizing the controller, when the pneumatic angle seat valve (1) and the pneumatic angle seat valve (2) are closed, the pneumatic angle seat valve (3) is opened, the cooling water in the cooling pipe flows back to the water tank so that the pressure on a water pump is reduced, and therefore, the water pump is difficult to damage.
