Abstract

The invention discloses a reverse osmosis seawater desalting method and a reverse osmosis seawater desalting device by utilizing ocean energy. A well is dug on the seaside, and is divided into two sides, one side serves as a seawater well, and the other side serves as an equipment well; seawater is delivered into the seawater well by utilizing the ocean energy and the water level of the seawater well is higher than the sea level; and devices are fixedly arranged on the bottom of the equipment well, and comprise a seawater inlet and outlet system, a conveyor system for the seawater to be boosted, a booster device, a seawater drainage device, a reverse osmosis membrane module, a fresh water lifting system and a concentrated seawater drainage system. The seawater on the bottom of the seawater well is introduced into the device through the seawater inlet system of the device, and drives the booster device and the drainage device; the booster device produces high pressure seawater; the high pressure seawater generates fresh water and residual concentrated seawater through the reverse osmosis membrane module; the fresh water is lifted to the ground by a common pump; the concentrated seawater is discharged out of the ground through excess pressure; and the drainage device is mainly used for discharging the seawater in the booster device and the drainage device per se so as to maintain the continuous operation of the device.
