Abstract

The new process is applicable to comprehensive wastewater produced by using raw materials of poplar, eucalyptus and a variety of fast-growing timbers for producing pulp with high yield by adopting the APMP or the PRC-APMP pulp-making process. The new process is different from the traditional treatment process, aspergillus niger is adopted for directly carrying out biological pretreatment on the pulp-making waste liquid without the pretreatment, then the flocculation treatment technology is adopted for further reducing COD and suspended substances, the absorption-flocculation role of biological pretreatment thalli is fully utilized for improving the overall treatment effect, and the flocculation treatment is carried out by adopting polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide.
