Embodiment Construction

[0016] The invention provides a testing system for various frequency microwave characteristics of materials, such as figure 1 , a complete ferromagnetic resonance measurement system includes: a magnetic field; a measuring instrument that provides a microwave excitation signal and picks up the response of the material to be tested; a measuring fixture that determines the position of the material to be tested in the magnetic field and provides an interface for the excitation signal and the response signal; . The invention consists of three parts: a vector network analyzer 1, a measuring fixture 2 including a coplanar waveguide and an electromagnet 3 providing a constant magnetic field.

[0017] The measurement fixture 2 is a device for fixing the sample during measurement, and includes a coplanar waveguide and two SMP conversion plugs. A coplanar waveguide consists of three parallel wide wires, such as figure 2 As shown in the oblique line, the narrower one in the middle is t...

Abstract

The invention relates to a frequency-conversion ferromagnetic resonance measuring system comprising a magnet, a measuring instrument and a measuring jig, wherein the magnet provides a magnetic field; the measuring instrument provides an excitation signal of a microwave and picks the response of a measured material; the measuring jig determines the position of the measured material in the magnetic field, provides an excitation signal interface and a response signal interface and is arranged in the magnetic field and provided with a coplanar waveguide and a conversion plug; the coplanar waveguide is processed on a high-frequency plate through a printed circuit board technology, and both ends of the coplanar waveguide are attached to and arranged on the conversion plug so as to realize the conversion from the coplanar waveguide to a coaxial cable; the coplanar waveguide is connected with the measuring instrument through the coaxial cable; and a sample is fixed on the measuring jig and is attached to the coplanar waveguide. The invention carries out microwave characteristic analysis by not only adopting a way of changing the size of an external magnetic field, but also adopting a way of fixing the external magnetic field for providing a microwave field with different frequencies, prevents the magnetic structure of the sample from being changed by the external magnetic field during measurement and also acquires the microwave response of the sample under different frequencies and magnetic fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microwave technology, relates to the measurement of magnetic permeability, and is a frequency-adjustable microwave characteristic analysis device for magnetic materials, specifically a frequency-variable ferromagnetic resonance measurement system. Background technique [0002] The magnetic permeability of a material is one of the main parameters determining its microwave properties. Magnetic permeability is a quantity that describes the interaction between a material and a magnetic field. It is frequency-dependent and is generally a complex number. The real part represents the energy stored in the material in the external magnetic field, and the imaginary part represents the energy consumed in the material by the external magnetic field. Therefore, accurate measurement of the magnetic permeability of the material is the key to its microwave characteristic analysis. [0003] Under the joint action of a constant ma...
