Abstract

When the biocontrol bacterial strain SM16 for preventing pear die-back is used in a fruit garden and 25 percent and 75 percent of pear flowers are blossomed, the bacterial agent is diluted into 1*108 cfu/ml by adding water and sprayed on the flower surfaces and has the pear die-back prevention effect over 57-68 percent.
