Abstract

The invention discloses a protective resistor for use in an ultrahigh-voltage very fast transient overvoltage test, which comprises a connecting flange, a resistor body, middle uniform rings and end uniform rings, wherein the resistor body comprises an insulating barrel which is wounded with at least two layers of resistance wires; both of the two ends of the insulating barrel are connected with a connecting flange by a middle uniform ring; the other end of each connecting flange is connected with an end uniform ring; spiral grooves are formed on the outside surface of the insulating barrel; the resistance wires are wound in the spiral grooves; and the outside surface of the insulating barrel is wounded with an epoxy glass silk ribbon and cured after being wounded with each layer of resistance wires. When the embodiment of the invention is used, the structural deformation or insulation damage of the protective resistor used outdoor are prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of UHV testing, in particular to a protective resistor for UHV rapid transient overvoltage testing. Background technique [0002] When performing VFTO: Very Transient Over-voltage (VFTO: Very Transient Over-voltage) test on gas-insulated combined electrical equipment (GIS: Gas Insulated Switchgear), in order to limit the system short-circuit current and protect the test power supply, it is necessary to connect a protective resistor to the test circuit. [0003] In the prior art, for high-voltage circuits below 500kV, the protective resistor is usually made by winding resistance wire on an insulating cylinder, or using resistance wire as weft and glass wire as warp to weave a ribbon resistor, and then the ribbon resistor Wrapped in insulating barrel. Among the existing protective resistors, the resistance wire mostly adopts the non-inductive winding method, which can be wound in multiple layers. The insulat...
