Abstract

The cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 15-25% of HNO3, 3-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-2% of HF, 0.5-1.5% of JFC, 0.03-0.1% of nonionic polyacrylamide, 0.1-0.5% of corrosion inhibitor L-5 and the balance of water. The agent is mainly composed of organic aicd, a corrosion inhibitor, a cosolvent, a penetrating agent and other mixtures and is specially used for cleaning the aluminium equipment, the pH value of the agent is acidic and metals is not corroded, and a passivation coating is formed on the surface of metal aluminium at the time of cleaning so that cleaning and passivation can be completed by one step.
