Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a magnetic particle with surface modified with an isothiocyanato active group and a special application mode thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dispersing processed nano and micron grade solid-phase particles with surface modified with amino or sulfydryl active groups into an organic solvent; and mixing the particles with phenylene diisothio cyanate (PDC) for reaction to obtain a functional magnetic complex particle with surface modified with an isothiocyanato (-N=C=S) active group as a functional group. The prepared magnetic particle with surface modified with the isothiocyanato active group realizes that the common functional magnetic particle is rapidly coupled into a biomolecule and avoids toxic and side effects by adopting glutaric dialdehyde as a cross-linking agent in routine operation.
