The micro-fluidic chip is provided with a plurality of micro channels which are connected in parallel, and the outlet of each micro channel is communicated with a chamber. Each chamber is communicated with a main channel, and the other end of each main channel is a waste liquid outlet. One end of each main channel is close to a chamber and is communicated with a side channel, and the free end of the side channel is an extraction agent inlet. The method comprises the following steps: on the pyrolytic carbon: a buffing and cleaning; b evacuating; c sputtering and cleaning for 5 minutes with 1keV nitrogen ion; d injecting silver ion: 70, 30keV energy, 2-8mA beam current, 2X1014/cm2-3X1014/cm2 dosage, and forming rich silver antibiotic film and antibiosis ratio being 100%; on TiN film: a buffing and cleaning; b evacuating; c sputtering and cleaning for 5 minutes with 1keV nitrogen ion; d sputtering Ti target with 3keV, 80mA Ar+ ion, 20-40keV, beam current: bombarding with 2-8mA high-energy N+ ion for 10-20 minutes; 50-350eV, beam current: bombarding with 10-30mA low-energy N+ ion for 60-180 minutes to deposit, N2 air pressure being 8X10 3Pa; e injecting silver ion: 30-80keV, beam current: 2-8mA, 1X1017/cm2-5X1018/cm2 dosage, forming rich silver antibiotic film and antibiosis ratio being 90%. The film has the advantages of good abradability, strong adhesive force and anti-corrosion, good cell compatibility and long antibiosis time-effect. The film can be used to prepare artificial heart valve and hard tissue alternate material which is implanted in human.

The invention discloses a double-layer composite scaffold for repairing cartilage in a tissue-engineered bone. The scaffold comprises a cartilage layer and a subchondral layer, wherein the cartilage layer and the subchondral layer are combined into a whole through photopolymerisable modified hyaluronic acid gel, wherein the cartilage layer is made from transformed chondrocyte-loaded photopolymerisable modified hyaluronic acid gel, and the subchondral layer is made of a porous bio-glass scaffold. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the double-layer composite scaffold for repairing cartilage in a tissue-engineered bone, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the transformed chondrocyte-loaded photopolymerisable modified hyaluronic acid gel and in-vitro induced transformed chondrocyte cells, and forming mixed gel through ultraviolet polymerization; putting the porous bio-glass scaffold on the mixed gel, adding the photopolymerisable modified hyaluronic acid gel, and performing light-crosslinking to obtain the double-layer composite scaffold for repairing cartilage in the tissue-engineered bone. The double-layer composite scaffold has excellent biocompatibility and can be degraded, and the preparation method is simple.

The environment-friendly reversible emulsifying drilling liquid is prepared by the following steps of stirring an oil phase, the reversible emulsifier and a water phase at high speed, adding alcohols with carbon number less than 4, straight-chain alcohols with carbon number of 8 to 14, quaternary ammonium salt-modified organobentonite, humic acid filtrate loss reducer, calcium oxide and choline chloride, and then adding weighing material, so as to reach the required density of the drilling liquid. The invention also provides a phase transfer method of the reversible emulsifying drilling liquid. The phase transfer method has the advantages that according to production requirements, the phases of the drilling liquid can be conveniently transferred, and the drilling liquid is stable under the two states of W/O (water/oil), and O/W (oil/water), and can be repeatedly used.

A preparation method of the zero-valent iron material comprises the steps: 1, crushing biomass, andcarrying out primary chemical modification to obtain modified biomass; 2, in a nitrogen atmosphere, firstly heating a pyrolyzing furnace to 450-550 DEG C, then putting the modified biomass into the pyrolyzing furnace, pyrolyzing, and then heating to 650-750 DEG C at an average speed of 2-3 DEG C/min to obtain biochar; 3, carrying out deep chemical modification on the biochar to obtain modified biochar; 4, uniformly mixing absolute ethyl alcohol, ferrite, ultrapure water and the modified biochar to obtain a suspension; and 5, in a nitrogen atmosphere, dropwise adding a reducing agent into the suspension to reduce ferrous ions, and after dropwise adding is completed, carrying out an aging reaction for 0.5-1 h to obtain the biomass-loaded nano zero-valent iron material. The zero-valent iron material is prepared by adopting modification and variable-temperature calcination modes, so that the performance of the zero-valent iron material is greatly improved, the zero-valent iron material canbe used for removing selenium elements in desulfurization wastewater, and the removal effect on selenite is mainly better.
