The invention discloses a high-temperature flame-retardant environment-friendly polyolefin cable material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-55 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 15-25 parts of polypropylene, 5-10 parts of high-density polyethylene, 5-10 parts of poly organic silicon oxide, 5-15 parts of polyphosphate, 1-5 parts of metal oxide, 0.5-1 part of calcium stearate, 1-5 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of carbon black, 5-20 parts of rubber oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of crosslinking agent, 0.2-2 parts of crosslinking aid, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of light stabilizer. The process for preparing the poly organic silicon oxide comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerization reaction on glycerol, adding arachidonic acid, carrying out esterification, carrying out epoxidation by oxydol, adding 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane, carrying out addition reaction, and carrying out ring-opening polymerization. The cable material overcomes the defects of high hardness and low heat-resistance temperature in the existing cable material, and has favorable high-temperature resistance and flame retardancy.
