Abstract

The invention discloses a sample loading device for common or low-pressure column chromatography, which comprises a sample loader (1), a socketed pipe (5) and a sample cavity; the sample loader (1) is of a cylinder flat shape; one end of the sample loading device is provided with a bell (3), the middle thereof is provided with a cavity (2) and the perimeter thereof is provided with sample discharging holes (4); when a common injector is adopted, the sample cavity is directly connected with the sample loader after a certain amount of filter sample liquid is extracted, or is connected with the sample loader through the socketed pipe (5) and is integrally placed above a column chromatography packed bed, so that the sample liquid rapidly enters from a compressor into the sample loader throughthe socketed pipe and is sprayed out in a mode of liquid frost or flows out in a mode of water-drop from the holes around, and rapidly and evenly flows into a chromatographic column from the pipe wall of the column chromatography packed bed to finish the sample loading operation. The device of the invention has low manufacturing cost, rapid sample loading speed, evenly sample spreading and convenient operation, and can be widely applied to the chromatographic analysis for a laboratory, industry production and the like.
