A two-piece wheel bearing carrier (2) is equipped with a wheel bearing (5), by which the wheel hub is supported in relation to the wheel bearing carrier. The steering axis is formed in a wheel center plane, and a part (2a) of the wheel bearing carrier is supported in relation to another part (2b) of the wheel bearing carrier and tiltable around the steering axis.
