Problems solved by technology

[0009] Among the conventional torque release mechanisms exemplified above, the mechanism of Patent Document 2 cannot adjust the setting of the torque for performing the release operation.
[0010] On the other hand, although the mechanism of Patent Document 1 can use the spring constant of the spring plate or the compression coil spring to adjust the setting of the torque for the release action, it is troublesome to replace the spring plate or the compression coil spring for adjustment. and cannot be fine-tuned
[0011] Moreover, the mechanism of Patent Document 2 is a mechanism that releases torque due to idling caused by viscous fluid, so there are the following problems: it is difficult to clearly feel the action of torque being released, and it is difficult for the operator to find the limit of operation, and due to the special structure , so the cost is higher, limited by the production site and equipment

Embodiment Construction

[0059]Next, an embodiment of the torque releasing mechanism of the operating handle according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0060] Figure 1 to Figure 5 In relation to the first embodiment of the present invention, in these figures, symbol 1 is a handle main body, and a mounting recess 2 is formed on one end side of the handle main body 1, that is, on the output shaft side, and a mounting recess 2 is screwed on the opening side of the mounting recess 2. An annular cover body 3 , and a mechanism component is installed axially movable in the installation recess 2 . Reference numeral 4 a denotes an internal thread portion formed on the inner surface of the opening side of the mounting recess 2 , and reference numeral 4 b denotes an external thread portion formed on the outer periphery of the annular cover body 3 .

[0061] In this embodiment, a thrust ball bearing is used as the clutch member 12 as the mechanism member. That is, th...

Abstract

With respect to a conventional torque releasing mechanism of an operating handle, a set value of a torque for performing the releasing action can not be adjusted and even if the set value can be adjusted, a spring has to be changed, which is therefore very troublesome. Therefore, the invention provides a torque releasing mechanism of an operating handle, wherein the torque releasing mechanism comprises an installation recess (2) disposed at an output shaft of a main body (1) of the handle, an annular cover body (3) which is screwed with an opening of the installation recess and a mechanism component. The mechanism component comprises a clutch component (12), an output shaft support component (13), an output shaft (14) and a compression force component (5), wherein the clutch component (12) has a pair of clamping components which utilize the torque to release the clamping and are capable of rotating relative to each other, the output shaft support component (13)is installed between the clutch component and the annular cover body, the output shaft (14) is supported at the output shaft support component and protrudes through a central opening of the annular cover body, and the compression force component (5) is installed between the clutch component and the bottom of the installation recess.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a crank-shaped operating handle used for rotating and operating an actuator that moves the bed board of a lift-and-rise bed used in hospitals, nursing institutions, or homes, or It relates to a torque releasing mechanism of an operating handle for operating a table or various components in other machines, and releases the torque when an excessive torque is generated on the operating handle at the limit of the operating range of a bed board or the like. Background technique [0002] In the medical or nursing field, the operation handle is often rotated in order to urgently perform the lifting and undulating motion of the bed board. Since the rotation operation generates excessive torque on the output shaft, the operating handle itself or other components, which are important components, may be damaged. [0003] Therefore, various torque release mechanisms have conventionally been proposed. When an excessive torque is ge...
