The invention discloses a display device, a display apparatus and a method of adjusting a color shift of white light in same. The display device includes: an optical cavity portion; and a light emitting layer, wherein a peak wavelength of an internal emission spectrum of the light emitting layer is identical to a peak wavelength of a multiple interference filter spectrum of the optical cavity portion, and wherein a color shift [Delta] uv of white light in the display device at a viewing angle of 60 DEG is less than or equal to 0.015. A method of adjusting a color shift of white light in a display device includes: setting a peak wavelength of a multiple interference filter spectrum obtained by an optical cavity portion in the display device equal to a peak wavelength of an internal emission spectrum of a light emitting layer in the display device; and adjusting a position of the light emitting layer in a thickness direction thereof.
