Abstract

The invention relates to a water-based innocuous long-acting antifouling coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The coating contains inorganic nano/biopolymer porous composite particles with antifouling bioactivity, water-based hydroxyl polymer resin, water-based isocyanate cross-linker, nonessential pigment and filler and nonessential aid. The water-based isocyanate cross-linker is added into mixed solution of the inorganic nano/biopolymer porous composite particles and the water-based hydroxyl polymer resin, the inorganic nano/biopolymer porous composite particles with antifouling bioactivity are uniformly dispersed in a polymer coating in a chemical bond combination mode by in-situ chemical cross-linking reaction, and marine fouling organisms are easily attached to the bioactive nano particles so that the nano particles with sterilization function can kill and remove the fouling organisms and the antifouling function of the coating is realized. The coating can bewidely applied to antifouling coatings of ships, bridges, underwater facilities, submarine cables, floating bridges, nets and the like.
