The invention discloses an ethoxysulfuron and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl-containing herbicidal composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The herbicidal composition consists of a compound (A), namely ethoxysulfuron, and a compound (B), namely fenoxaprop-p-ethyl, wherein the weight ratio of the compound (A) to the compound (B) is 1:1-100.
