Abstract

The invention discloses a direct reading dust gauge, which comprises a housing, and the inside of the housing is provided with a sampling device, a turbulence gauge and an electronic air pump which are connected in a sealed manner in sequence. The direct reading dust gauge also comprises a mass detecting device, a mainboard and a battery pack which are arranged inside the housing. When the direct reading dust gauge is used, the mass of blank filter membranes in a filter membrane nipper is measured by the mass detecting device, and then the filter membrane nipper is inserted into a sampling head; during sampling, the air containing dust flows through the sampling head, the sampling device, the turbulence gauge and the electronic air pump in sequence under the action of the negative pressure caused by the electronic air pump, and then is discharged from an outlet of the electronic air pump; the filter membrane on the filter membrane nipper gathers dust in the air containing dust, and the flow of the gas flowing through the turbulence gauge is calculated by the turbulence gauge; after sampling, the mass of the filter membrane after the dust is eliminated can be measured by inserting the filter membrane nipper into the mass detecting device; and finally, the data is processed by a CPU of the mainboard, and the concentration of the dust can be calculated. Thus, the concentration of dust can be measured accurately in time, and the direct reading dust gauge has the advantages of simple operation and higher efficiency.
