The method is realized through the following steps of: digging a first well and a second well; drilling injection branches in the first well by utilizing a general drilling technology, wherein the injection branches penetrate through a water layer and an oil layer below the water layer; putting down a slotted pipe to communicate the water layer and the oil layer, wherein water of the water layer naturally flows to the oil layer to complement the energy of the oil layer because the water layer has high pressure and the oil layer has low pressure; making a cement plug to plug the joint of a branch and a first borehole; extracting oil from the oil layer by adopting the second well; and drilling a first oil extraction branch and a second oil extraction in the first well by utilizing the general drilling technology to utilize the oil extraction function of the first well.
