The signal transmission processing method comprises the following steps of: receiving first signal-to-noise ratio offset sent by the base station; acquiring channel quality indicator (CQI) information transmitted in a second-layer space according to a codebook and the first signal-to-noise ratio offset, wherein the codebook comprises a codebook transmitted by the base station or a codebook predetermined by the base station; and feeding the CQI information back to the base station, so that the base station performs signal transmission processing according to the CQI information. In the embodiment of the invention, the UE is only provided with one transmitting antenna, but the UE still can realize two-layer beamforming (BF) transmission; and the UE has low calculation load and does not need the feedback expense of the codebook.
