The invention provides an international roaming callback service platform of a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) network, a system and a method, relating to the technical field of CDMA mobile communication application. The method used for the international roaming callback service of the CDMA network comprises the following steps of: receiving an international roaming special service call by aroaming MSC (Mobile Switching Center), wherein the international roaming special service call is sent by a calling terminal through dialing an international roaming special service number which comprises a called terminal number; sending a function request message by the roaming MSC to an HLR (Home Location Register) which the calling terminal belongs through ISTP (Index To Scientific & TechnicalProceedings), wherein the function request message comprises the an international roaming special service number and the VLR (Visitor Location Register) information; intercepting the function requestmessage by the international roaming callback service platform; extracting the called terminal number carried in the international roaming special service number and calling the called terminal by the international roaming callback service platform; calling the calling terminal according to the VLR information carrying a temporary local roaming number of the calling terminal by the international roaming callback service platform; and bridging a call path between the calling terminal and the called terminal by the international roaming callback service platform. The invention can realize the international roaming callback service on the basis of the CDMA network.
