Benefits of technology

This technology allows for better control over airflow while still allowing for efficient biological reactions within certain temperature ranges (usually between 50-70°C). By combining positive pressure ventilations with full automated mechanics, this system enables realistically dynamic aerobioreactor systems where there may be no leaks or gases from previous methods when used without exhaustion. Additionally, these techniques allow for longer storage times than traditional incubators, reducing costs associated with maintenance work. Overall, they improve the quality and effectiveness of waste management processes such as bioremediation.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the efficiency and quality of disposal of household wastes (Waste) without causing negative environmental effects such as pollution or increased operational expenses associated therewith. Current methods involve either dumping them away from their original location or incinerating them after collection. However, these techniques may result in significant amounts of green house gas emissions being released overboard the community. Therefore, new solutions aim towards efficient and selective processing systems capable of effectively reducing both airborne and water boron contamination while minimizing economic burden.

Embodiment 1

[0017] This embodiment provides a method for processing municipal solid waste, which is mainly used for fermenting municipal solid waste. The method is as follows: figure 1 As shown, it specifically includes the following steps:

[0018] Step 1, using the rotten organic matter obtained after sorting from municipal solid waste as raw material;

[0019] Step 2, placing the perishable organic material in a fermentation tank equipped with a mechanical stirring device, and performing negative pressure ventilation in the fermentation tank with a ventilation rate of 0.05-0.2m 3 air / m 3 stacking min, and the materials are stirred by the mechanical stirring device in the fermentation tank, and fermented in an aerobic state for 25 to 30 days;

[0020] Step 3, composting the fermented material for another 25 to 40 days;

[0021] Step 4, performing post-treatment on the decomposed organic matter, and removing impurities such as plastics, sandstone, glass, etc. through screening and air...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating municipal domestic wastes, comprising the following steps of: placing corrodible organic materials taken as raw materials after being selected from the municipal domestic wastes into a fermentation tank provided with a mechanical stirring device; ventilating under negative pressure in the fermentation tank, wherein ventilation quantity is 0.05-0.2 m<3>air/m<3> windrow.min; stirring the organic materials through the mechanical stirring device inside the fermentation tank to form an aerobic state so as to ferment the organic materials for 25-30 days; composting the fermented organic materials for 25-40 days; and carrying out post treatment on the composted organic materials; and removing impurities, i.e. plastics, dinas, glasses, and the like, through screening and airflow density separation during the post treatment so as to prepare organic fertilizers. The invention can solve problem of high production and operation cost caused by great environmental influence of stench leakage, large static stacking occupying area, short fermentation period, long composting period, low treatment efficiency, large occupying area and high civil engineering investment of the warehouse type static aerobic fermentation of the organic materials included in the traditional municipal domestic wastes.
