The method comprises the following steps of: adding kali salt, zinc salt and aluminum salt into the titanium-containing solution to atomize the titanium-containing solution; adding the atomized titanium-containing solution into a reactor dropwise; introducing hot air into the reactor and hydrolyzing the titanium-containing solution at the temperature of between 150 and 350 DEG C so as to generate solid-phase hydrated titanium dioxide; and calcining the hydrated titanium dioxide at the temperature of between 300 and 1,000 DEG C for 1 to 5 hours so as to obtain the high-quality titanium white.
