Abstract

The invention relates to an acrylic acid non-aqueous dispersoid containing amino ester bonds and siloxy groups and a preparation method thereof. The non-aqueous dispersoid consists of a dispersion stabilizer, a dispersion phase and a dispersion medium; based on solids, the dispersion stabilizer and the dispersion phase accounts for 50 to 80 weight percent of the non-aqueous dispersoid, wherein the weight ratio of the dispersion stabilizer and the dispersion phase is 1:3-10; the weight-average molecular weight of the non-aqueous dispersoid is 20,000 to 30,000; the dispersion stabilizer is polyurethane modified acrylic polymer, and has the weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 15,000; the dispersion phase is gelled grafted siloxane acrylic polymer, and the siloxane monomer accounts for 0.5 to 5 weight percent; and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents at least accounts for 80 weight percent of the dispersion medium. After the non-aqueous dispersoid is used as a hydroxyl component to be prepared into a double-component polyurethane coating, the double-component polyurethane coating has the tolerance for solvents, chemicals, water, acids and alkalis superior to that of a coating prepared from a common polyhydroxy acrylic acid non-aqueous dispersoid.
