The invention relates to a power supply circuit of a liquid crystal display, comprising a main board switch circuit, a liquid crystal display power supply, a power switch circuit and a first power supply unit, wherein an input end of the main board switch circuit is coupled with a power output end of a main board; an input end of the power switch circuit is coupled with the liquid crystal displaypower supply; and the first power supply unit is coupled with an output end of the main board switch circuit, an output end of the power switch circuit and a microprocessor and is used for supplying the power of the main board or the liquid crystal display power supply to the microprocessor. The power supply circuit of the liquid crystal display is isolated from the liquid crystal display power supply under the sleep mode of the display, and the main board which needs to be powered at any time is used to carry out power supply under the sleep mode, therefore, the unnecessary power consumptionof the liquid crystal display power supply under the sleep mode is eliminated.
