The invention relates to the network quality testing technology. The invention provides a mobile network quality on-line testing method and system based on the subscriber calling behavior. The method comprises the following steps: 1) after the mobile phone of a subscriber hooks off, a mobile phone engineering mode is started by a testing module in the mobile phone of the subscriber; 2) during the calling process of the subscriber, the testing module stores test data in a specified test data storage area; and 3) the testing module judges whether the calling quality reaches a preset standard according to the test data; if so, the testing module discards the test data; and if not, the test data are sent to a test data statistical server on the operator side.
