Embodiment Construction

[0027] In the embodiment of the present invention, the network node determines the corresponding MTC device according to the device identifier; wherein the device identifier includes the IMEI corresponding to the MTC device and the IMSI corresponding to the SIM or USIM in the MTC device. Since the embodiment of the present invention adopts the binding of IMSI and IMEI to identify an MTC device, the MTC device can be identified in the 3GPP R10 system.

[0028] Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, an IMSI can be used to identify an MTC subscriber's subscription, so that the MTC subscriber's subscription (MTC Subscriber's Subscription) can be identified in the 3GPP R10 system.

[0029] Further, since the IMSI and IMEI are used to identify an MTC device, the embodiment of the present invention may also use the IMSI and IMEI to identify one or more of the MTC device subscription, SIM / USIM, and MTC device context of the MTC device.

[0030] Further, in the embodiment...

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a wireless communication technology, particularly a method, system and device for identifying a terminal. The invention is used for solving the problem of failure to identify a great deal of MTC (Machine-Type Communication) equipment in the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) system in the prior art. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises steps as follows: a network node determines an equipment identification, and determines the corresponding MTC equipment according to the equipment identification, wherein the equipment identification comprises an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) corresponding to the MTC equipment, and an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) corresponding to an SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) or USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) in the MTC equipment. In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, since the IMSI and the IMEI are bound together to identify one MTC equipment and also identify the MTC equipment contract, the MTC equipment can be identified in the 3GPP system. The embodiment of the invention can also use the IMSI to identify an MTC subscriber contract, and use an MSISDN (Mobile Station-Integrated Services Digital Network) number to identify an MTC group composed of the MTC equipment in the MTC subscriber contract.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to wireless communication technology, in particular to a method, system and device for identifying a terminal. Background technique [0002] In systems prior to 3GPP (3rd Generation partnership project) R10 (version 10), the main communication entity is a UE (user terminal) serving people. A UE usually includes a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module; subscriber identity module) card or a USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module, universal subscriber identity module) card. The card contains an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity, International Mobile Subscriber Identity) that identifies the subscription of this card. The IMSI globally uniquely identifies the subscribed SIM or USIM, that is, a SIM / USIM corresponds to a unique IMSI. [0003] A UE includes an ME (Mobile Equipment, mobile equipment), and the ME includes an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity, International Mobile Equipment Identity), and the...
