[0012] In the dual-nozzle bipolar electrospinning system, two vessels were filled with a mixture of zirconia and titania with the organic solvent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), respectively. Set the distance between the two nozzles to be 4 cm, and the distance between the nozzle and the collecting plate to be 5 cm. Ground the collector plate. A +5 kV DC voltage was applied to the nozzle containing the zirconia liquid, and a -6 kV DC voltage was applied to the nozzle containing the titanium oxide liquid, and the double nozzle electrospinning started.
