Abstract

The invention relates to a spinning method for bipolarly preparing an oxide fiber by a double-sprayer, belonging to the technical field of preparation of nano fiber materials. The invention is characterized in that an instrument comprises a high-voltage direct current power supply, two containers provided with sprayers and a collecting board. The circuit connection method comprises the following steps: applying a forward direct current voltage to one sprayer, applying a reverse direct current voltage to the other sprayer, and connecting the collecting plate connected with an earth terminal of the circuit between the two sprayers. When the circuit is switched on, the oxide fiber precursor materials sprayed by the two sprayers are interweaved together owning to the attraction of charges of different polarities, thus forming a two-oxide nano fiber interweaved network-shaped material after firing. The invention has the following effects and benefits: the material can be widely applied, such as manufacturing sensitive elements and other electronic devices and improving the sensitivity and response time of a sensor. The new spinning material is use for preparing multiple novel composite oxide nano fiber network-shaped nonwoven materials, thus providing a new method for the development of new structural materials.
